Hostess
My lovely wife since 2021. The last couple years have been a rollercoaster, and I couldn’t have done it all without her. She is my backup in things I’m not good at and vice versa. We think alike, but that does not hold her back to be critical towards me.
She is also critical towards her team, but in a respectful way where she pushes people to grow and become the best version of themselves.
Sanne always creates the best atmosphere and knows how to keep the team motivated, no matter how hectic it can be. An underrated skill that is often overlooked.

Sous chef
Bram might be a bit stubborn - or maybe very;) - and that’s what makes him such a great chef. He challenges me to think differently and often convinces me of his ideas.
He’s a skilled chef with a strong technical background, especially in patisserie, and understands every part of the operation. He’s creative and full of ideas. When I am lying awake at night thinking about a new idea, I can expect a text from Bram, doing the exact same thing.

Sommelier
This energetic sommelier impresses me with her wide knowledge and a refined palate for someone so young.
We work closely together on all our wine pairings. Most of the time, we’re on the same page, but sometimes one of us dares the other with a new idea or a different perspective on a particular taste experience. That makes it very much fun to work with her.
